factory reset sky glass and lost all apps

just moved house and couldnt find terrestrial input. was told to factory reset which i did. when sky glass tv restarted i had no apps, bbc i player itvx etc.  resetted again didnt work refresh apps there was a problem. any help out there please

Do you have an internet connection?

The terrestrial (aerial) input is only available when you have no internet connection 

go into the settings and reset the network settings. If this doesn't work plug an ethernet cable directly into the tv and setup from fresh

I suspect after the house move that your tv is looking for the olde internet connection

Before i got my new router i connected a terrestrial aerial to tv and in inputs it showed aerial symbol. when router arrived i connected sky glass tv to my new router . i was getting apps bbc iplayer , itvx etc.. I n inputs section the aerial symbol wasnt there. i went through all i could and couldnt find it. a friend suggested factory reset. I did that and when it restarted bbc,etc were missing. i have rest again and rebooted router nothing . I will try your suggestions next. thank you for trying to help.

I followed instructions didnt work. I did another reset had to pair remote but wi fi connection came straight on without password but still same. 🙄

To access DTT via an aerial on a Sky Glass TV the connection to the internet must deactivated ... there is no need to keep resetting you Glass TV😉

im not using aerial 

 i was trying to see if it worked on sky and couldnt find aerial input on tv. the rest is in my post. my tv is connected to wi fi but no apps. thank you for replying
