i seem to have a blue screen on sky glass on all channels amazon video has a black screen with sound but netflex works fine

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@tonyp1984 If you can, could your try ethernet cable from the TV to router, unplug the TV 1st then once conn ection with ethernet plug back in.

I had this happen to me yesterday morning when I first started the Glass TV.
So I voice commanded 'Settings' then pressed the 'Home' button on the remote....
Everything worked as expected from then on
Now this might not be the same issue but it might help

i tryied removing the router and reinstalled it again and that has reulved the problem but amazon video i cant seem to fix
