Will the engineer mount the TV on the wall during his visit to install Glass TV?

In Tuesday 27th February 2024 your sky engineer is due to install the glass TV system   we have had the TV delivered and would like to know if your engineer will mount the TV on the wall ?

No, and Glass is a courier delivery only, not an 'engineer' installation.  You are expected to link television set to broadband yourself.

Any booked attendance by Sky (or Openreach) personnel will be with regard to Sky Broadband ordered at the same time as Sky Glass.

Note that if the couriers (Panther) offered to book wall mounting, that's an arrangement between you and them rather than anything to do with Sky.
