Hi @Cailey 

 

We are fellow customers and know nothing about you and your set up. In order for th community to assist please provide more information. Who is your ISP? Is this a new set up or has it been working? Have you tried a reboot in the first instance (of router and TV). When are you seeing no WiFi message? At startup? Are apps working or is nothing working? Etc etc.
