Whole Home upgrade

Hi, I have been trying to upgrade to Whole home, but when I click on the £10 upgrade button the next screen says 'There doesn't seem to be anything in your basket' I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, but it still does the same thing. Any help will be appreciated

@Sunshine1968212 Probably a temporary technical issue. Maybe leave it overnight and try in the morning. If it still does it then you may have to ring Sky to complete the order.

Hi @Sunshine1968212 If you are not able to do it online give Sky a call and they will get it sorted for you in next to no time.

 

If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.

 

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

 

To get past the chatbot just stay silent when it asks you questions and it will eventually put you through to the Customer Services team.

 

Apparently the quieter times to phone are 7-8 am or 8-9pm
