Where has the "i" information button gone? Q had it but Glass doesn't! How do you get info up without having to come all the way out? My wife swears that she made it happen but we've tried every button, or we think we have. How do you get programme info up?

If you don't like Sky Glass you can return it for a full refund within 31 days of activation. You can revert to Sky Q if you wish. Give Sky a ring and they will sort it out.

Find out moreIf you are watching a live channel you press the middle of the big circle on the remote and it shows you what is being broadcast now and in the future and the programme info loads automatically, that's why there is no need for a specific "i" button anymore.

If you want to know what all the buttons on your remote do there is a guide here:

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYes because you don't need an info button on the sky stream service. In the tv guide the information on a highlighted show appears in the top right. When using live channels the select button brings up the mini guide that contains the programme information. The select button is the "I" button when watching live channels.
