Where is my order I ordered on Thursday and its due to be delivered today bit I've looked on my account and it says its been cancelled and I have not cancelled it

You must have failed the secondary credit check. Give Sky a ring and they will explain.

Didn't fail the credit check on phone to sky the contract didn't come through so I couldn't sign it and it got cancelled 🤬
