When will my sky remote be delivered

When will my sky remote come as it's been over 2 weeks without being able to use my tv at all!

Check the order tracking on your MySky account. If there's nothing in there then give Sky a ring. 

You may be quicker ordering a new one from Amazon - they cost £30 but at least you'll have a spare and can get next day delivery.

@Rebeccaharvey8  No one here can tell you when it will be delivered, have you looked at your order tracking page for any info?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We are all customers on the community so we cannot answer that. You will need to call sky and chase. Normally it only takes a few days, but I guess it depends on stock.
