We recieved our Sky Glass today but were expecting a puck to upgrade another tv - is that being sent

We recieved our Sky Glass today and ordered a puck for upgrading another tv - is this being sent separately?

Typically a puck ordered at the same time as a Glass television arrives with it.

 

Did you definitely add a puck to the order?  Just including the Whole Home add-on doesn't automatically include a puck because some subscribers use Whole Home only to get Sky Go on consoles and Apple TV.
