We a box sending to return our old sky box back to you.

We are just fellow customers on this forum and cannot action such a thing. 

It can take several weeks for packaging to be sent. Give Sky a ring and ask for more packaging to be sent or you can use your own box and print off a free returns label here:

@Cindy41  You're not addressing Sky, we are customers.   The returns packaging will normally be sent once the 31 day cool off expires.

The boxes are sent after you are locked into your new Sky Glass Streaming contract, I believe, have you had your Sky Glass TV more than 31 days?

if you have you need to phone Sky to remind them to send you returns boxes!
