Viewing card return or local destroy?

I have recently gone to a Sky Glass contract and will soon be returning my Qbox as part of that contract. However nothing has been advised on the disposition of the viewing card that slots into the Q box. Will that need to be returned or can I shove it through my shredder?

Keep a hold of it until you're happy that Sky Glass is working as you hoped it would, just in case you decide to revert to Sky Q.

If you're happy with Glass then you can go ahead and shred it.

@valsyorkie1  You should be able to dispose of it but I would wait out the 31 day cool off in case you decide to return to Sky Q.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
