Upstairs tv not working on delivery of skyglass tv downstairs
Just set up sky glass tv downstairs. Perfect. But tv in bedroom has stopped working because it us not connecting to the box anymore. Broadband provider us virgin.

Once there's a Glass subscription at the address then all existing Sky satellite boxes ceased to function: you'd need a Stream puck and a Whole Home subscription add-on to replicate previous Multiscreen functionality.

What tv do you have upstairs is it another sky glass or do you have a sky puck up there if so you need a sky whole home subscription
