It's likely not seated properly. Sky say:
Take the TV stand and lay it flat on the floor. Use the sticker on the back of the stand to orient it correctly.
Place the metal rods into the top of the stand and push them outward to lock into place.
With two people, lift the Glass TV and place it onto the metal rods. There are arrows on the back of the TV to help you.
Position your Sky Glass TV in your room and plug it into the mains socket.
Your Sky Glass will automatically turn itself on. You can then follow the on-screen instructions.

So you will need to re-seat it. However if you paid for installation with AIT (sky's delivery partner), you need to raise it with them ASAP or call Sky (however they will likely send a replacement and collect your current unit).
