Unable to link Sky my account to Sky Glass

Hi,

When I try to link my skyid account to my account number I get the following error;

"There was an unexpected error"
I have Sky Glass which has been in place since 2021 and my account was working fine, as I have been with Sky for 20+ years then all of a sudden my account isn't linked anymore, so went to re-link and it's not working. Sky are telling me it's a problem linking accounts since the beginning of April and someone will look into it. Please can you confirm if this is the case when this can be resolved please as I am unable to access any account information then this has worked fine for years.

@Atraetto  This is a public customer forum so you are not addressing Sky with your issue.

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team who will send you an invitation for an online chat.

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed.  Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread.

A private chat was started but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.
