Hi there I have sky glass and my package includes Netflix! Until recently no problems whatsoever accessing Netflix! It is now asking for my pin number for Netflix which I do not have! I have no recollection of ever having to link Netflix to my sky account. I have been advised to contact Netflix directly they have no contact number or email address for me so are unable to help!!! Any ideas anyone!!?

Sky only take over the billing for Netflix, your netflix account is completely separate in terms of management (passwords etc). The billing switches when you login to netflix on a sky device for the first time: see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix.
If you have set a pin within the netflix app, they will need to provide assistance as per this info:
