Unable Access programmes.
After turning on Sky Glass, we are unable to view any chosen channel. Error message at top of screen says "Please wait for your program to download". Never seen this before. IPlayer works.....

Re: Unable Access programmes.
Try restarting the device
- Go to Settings
- System management
- Resets & updates
- Restart device
And then if that doesn't work please check your speed and come back to us
- Open the Netflix app on Sky.
- Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
- Select Check Your Network.
- Note the download speed displayed.
