If it is a Glass TV it is fully UHD compliant but you have to buy the UHD and Dolby Atmos pack to see Sky content in UHD. Of course you also need a decent wifi signal to carry the up to 30Mb/s UHD programming requires.

I have tv sky puck, my internet is ultra fast.
I love formula 1 and I have add in my playlist and, I pay monthly for UHD but I cannot watch in my room in UHD, I can watch only in HD.

Try playing a high bit rate UHD demo in YouTube is nerd stats mode for 5 or 10 mins. Do you get any dropped frames?

your "other tv" must be uhd / 4k compatible. Smaller televisions (if that's what you have in your bedroom) don't support uhd
if it is a 4K tv make sure you go into the picture settings and check that uhd is set as the picture quality
