Tv stops streaming

Tv keeps stopping and can get channels to work

I keep getting the signal that there is a technical fault with the series I am streaming.. In one episode alone it has happened 5 times. Each time I check internet/broadband connection it states that everything is ok.

This has happened on several times on different programs, both Sky and Apps.

@JuliWard does it stop doing this if you reboot the device?

 

To reboot you need to turn it off at the plug for 30 seconds.

 

Also how are you connecting it to the internet, or WIFI or ethernet?
