@The+great+D   We are only Sky customers on here, this sounds like something that will have to be resolved by speaking to Sky.  If they tell you to do something to fix it get them to stay on line until you have done it.

Has Sky notified you that they've cancelled your service? Or were your services simply restricted (suspended) because your bill was overdue? If it's the latter and you've paid the amount outstanding, you also need to re-setup your direct debit or monthly card payment.
