@Wouldie There has been a few of us getting the same issue recently. I had it about three weeks ago, went through a factory reset over the phone with Sky Technical that seemed to sort it. I say seemed to because after the last update dropped it started again. I did another factory reset and it hasn't happened again.
Someone said it could be that after an update the TV cache needs to be cleared via a hard reset. I don't know if the issue is solved or not for definite but the signs are good thus far.
I would ring Sky Technical to go through the factory reset process - it is pretty simple but they like to be on the phone with you in case of problems re-setting it back up.
You will lose your picture and sound settings so you will need to sort them out again as well as stand by settings etc. If you're connected via ethernet don't forget to turn off WiFi settings and set Network Standby to on.
