Tv freezing over and over again

Tv freezes when watching terrestrial channels. Despite restarting router and puck the problem persists. This doesn't happen with streaming services on the puck such as Netflix and Prime.

@PC9  Glass TV channels need a minimum of 20mbps for HD & 30 mbps UHD, o[pen the netflix app and run a speedtest from the setting menu, this will tell you the speed the TV is getting.

 

If you're connecting over wifi try ethernet instead, you would need to turn wifi off in the settings menu when using ethernet.

 

Not sure why your rebooting the puck as it has no effect on the TV.
