Trying to watch E4 and getting a message saying We're sorry This isn't currently available to watch on your device at the moment due to rights restrictions

A few questions:

 

Are you using Sky Go ?

What are you trying to watch ?

If you are using Sky Go is it connected to your Sky Q box ?

No, it's on sky glass. Everything else is working fine - just E4.  It says 'We're sorry This isn't currently available to watch on your device at the moment due to rights restrictions'

This seems to be a normal occasional occurrence for Channel 4 based channels and happens because channel 4 don't have the broadcasting rights to stream some programmes via the internet (unless it's being live streamed via their Channel 4 App).
