Transferring account to another skyID

My friend left Ireland around year ago and left his skyGlass to me. Since then I'm trying to enable skyAccount for my skyID. No luck. Calls. Chat bots. Visting store. Nobody can help. Is it possible to transfer skyAccound from skyId [removed] at me.com  to garifullin at gmail.com ? Zeeshan is ready to confirm transfer by email. He can't call back to Sky support from Canada

That would seem to equate to a change of account ownership from zeeshan.chungtai to you, which Sky wouldn't allow.
