To get television to work

My Television comes on but all it says is SKY across the screen. The red light is flashing on and off. I have tried everything in the online manual but still no luck. I can't even turn it off unless I unplug the television. Please HELP 😫

Thank you for your answers I have tried both of these. It's been like this since 5am and I pay £122.50 p.c.m and that's the basic package with the sports channel......any advice / suggestions please 🙏🤯

Yes I have done all of that even done rebooting my remote but still no tele 📺 bah humbug lol 😜
