TV channels not loading

The main television channels are not showing on the Home Screen

As the problem was resolved later on that night, I'm closing this thread, so that this thread doesn't get mixed up with problems that others may be having. We're sorry for the inconvenience that this problem has caused.

No pictures on tv

There's no pictures on bbc1 bbc2 and itv. Its happening all the time

Tv channels not loading

Not all channels load. Tonight it's the bbc channels. Last night it was channel four. This us on our t.v. when I go to sky go or bbc player on my phone they load. We have restarted the t.v but thus is still happening.

Any ideas

 Turned the TV off at the wall socket for ten minutes and they still haven't come back after starting the TV up again.
