You can only get TNT sports on Sky Glass or Sky stream though the EPG (progame guide) if you pay Sky for it.
You should be able to watch by signing in to the discovery plus app and watching through the app. See: https://support.discoveryplus.com/gb/Answer/Detail/000004118
Or you can cancel via BT and subscribe through Sky, but it's likely to be more expensive.
