TNT Sport not showing on Discovery Plus App

@David83 Been dealing with the same issue since September and still not been fixed. Discovery won't help while Sky can fix the issue. It's ridiculous

I rang sky earlier and they basically said there wasn't any other known people that are effected with the issue and I should maybe post on the forum. Now I know there's so many people with the same issue!  Joke

Get TNT Ultimate with UHD/HDR picture via D+ app on my Sky Q box but no Dolby Atmos or even 5.1, not my setup as get this with Sky Sports.

Any setting I need to tweak to get the full Dolby sound?

I dont think you can use the app if registered via sky, could be wrong though!

That is indeed incorrect. If you subscribe to TNt sports through Sky then your discovery plus account that you get "included with Sky" should get upgraded to the discovery plus premium tier that includes TNT sports.

sometimes however the automated process can fail as it requires info to be pass from Sky to discovery and for discovery to then process that information and upgrade the account. There are a number of reasons why in a small number of scenarios this processes fails and requires backend assistance from both Sky and discovery to resolve.

Just subscribed to TNT Sports through Sky Q today and I would not have known there is this option, so thanks, I can watch Champions League quarter final in 4K tonight 👏 Nothing from Sky said about this channel and a  customer service guy had told me earlier today sorry at present TNT Sport through Sky is just HD. I just assumed it would be UHD with me having the Ultra UHD pack add on already. So despite what I was told I'm glad I came across your post mate 👍🏻

I still can't access tnt sport through discovery plus app on any of my devices, I pay tnt through sky and I have my discovery also with sky, and I'm getting zero help from anyone from sky or discovery

TNT Sports is tied to Sports Extra Subscription and is only available in Republic of Ireland

Sports Extra is TNT Sports + Premier Sports

Sports Extra is available from Sky, Now TV, Virgin Media and Vodafone.

You watch TNT Sports and Premier Sports on Sky Q/Sky Glass/Stream from TV Guide

Sky Glass/Stream you can add to playlist from Tv Guide to do cloud recordings 

Reason why TNT Sports is not included with discovery+ app is due to Sports Extra been a subscription that is both TNT Sports and Premier Sports.

It's terrible isn't it! I ended up cancelling TNT Sports as I wasn't able to watch it on the app. Spoke to sky so many times who said it's Discovery's problem and they said the same about sky. How hard is it to implement?

Ultimately sky have lost out about £60 per month as I also cancelled sky sports

I have just been informed we can't get access to the premium on the app if you have sky stream or glass and it's a known issue, but Sky are aware of the problem

I'm getting premium Discovery + via Stream and Glass (including HD and UHD when available).  I subscribe via BT.  So is it that you can't get it if you subscibe to TNT sports via Sky?  Of course I can't get access to the linear channels on Sky.  Currently watching Lille v Aston Villa via stream and Atalanta v Liverpool via Sky Glass on the Discovery + app.
