Which version have you got 1 or 2?, the reason you're losing connection could be your Internet, you must have a robust wifi or Ethernet, if you haven't it won't work properly, you'll have a lot of buffering,

We  have the Gen 2, ours works well on both wifi & Ethernet, remote control is good, as is the voice prompts you can give it, change channels, pause Live TV, the list goes on

I'm quite impressed with it, only had it a week though

Tata Sky (now Tata Play is an Indian service provider). This is a UK forum for Sky UK. What service do you have and where are you located?

Tata Sky was a subscription satellite television service in India, rebranded as Tata Play in 2022.  It now has nothing to do with Sky UK, part of Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation) but was originally related through News Corporation and Fox more than twenty years ago.
