I can't get subtitles on sky stream. Can anyone help please

Try following these instructions 

Don't forget if you are in an app like iplayer you will need to turn on in the app, but I guess you know that.

Thank you for your suggestions but we have tried them and more. We have been on the phone to a sky engineer tonight and he can't even get the subtitles to work 🤷‍♀️
Thank you anyway but I think we will be sending everything back as subtitles is a must in our house so sadly if we can't get them then sky stream is no good to us 😔

@GTurns Unfortunately subtitles are a major issue on Sky Stream. A lot of us have experienced similar issues.

If you are happy to, you could try a factory reset of the puck, which certainly worked for me. This does mean that you will need to sign back into Sky and all the various apps again - which is a massive pain.

Thank you. We called sky last night and they told us there is an issue with Sky Stream. We can now  get subtitles on the apps, ITVX, BBCIPLAYER etc but not on TV Channels. They are working on it and hope to have it fixed in the next update 🤷‍♀️
