I introduced my son to streaming tv in July but not recieved the £150 vouchers yet

Hi @olliej99  This is a customer based forum so we will not be able to assist with your problem so unfortunately you will need to call Sky to discuss.

 

When I moved to the streaming platform in mid 2022 there was an offer of a £50 prepaid MasterCard which I didn't receive.  I called them and after they checked to make sure I was eligible they sorted it out for me.  Hopefully you will find the same 🤞
