Streaming puck not working.

when the streaming puck is turned on, the light comes on but the picture is black. I unplug the puck and reconnect it, and it rectifies the issue for a short time. It then goes black mid use and unable to restore any picture until it is unplugged again.

Are you using the HDMI cable which came with the puck? Have you tried a different one? Is the HDMI port on your TV enabled for HDR?
