Strange message on voice control

When I press the voice button I get a message saying before using voice control I need to press buttons 1 and 3 but the voice control still works and pressing 1 and 3 does not get rid of the message. Nor does pressing 7 and 9 do anything. Voice control still works so there is no problem there but annoying that the message keeps appearing.

Hi @Millig 

Try turning off at the socket, wait a min then back on.

Then press home and again press and hold 1 & 3 until the message appears onscreen and follow. 

Then try voice again.
