Starting problems
Hoping someone can help...
Received Sky puck & control today.
i get the Sky logo then no signal. Remote control doesn't work. Have checked the batteries. Cables in good condition. Turned it off and on. Followed the help instructions. It seems there's a huge number of people having issues with it judging from online comments. Any help appreciated!

Re: Starting problems
Hi, I was also having problems with the puck. It would switch itself off, the sound would not sync, and sometimes it would ignore the remote. Then I moved it away from behind the tv to a shelf shared by my router, about six inches (15CM) above the tv. Touch wood there have been no further problems,
May be worth trying

Indeed Sky recommend keeping the puck out in the open and not hidden behind a TV or inside a cupboard.
