Hi Everyone
ive had an hour on the phone with Sky today and they now acknowledge that this is a recognised fault and is being addressed. At first they seemed intent on blaming my broadband setup (BT) but after going through all of the resets that I had previously done it was finally agreed that it was a known fault with the Sky Pucks. I now await the assurance that it will be fixed!!!

I've had this losing sync issue on my Glass TV for weeks now, frustrating it's not being fixed.
Every football match I watch after a while I start hearing the goals scored/missed before they happen and have to change channels every so often to get the sync back.

Yes it seems to be the norm that the specialists within the sky technical team are not listening to the problems raised however someone earlier had given hope that they will start pulling their finger out and take this challenge more seriously

It's just getting worse more and more after ad breaks on live tv just watching final score and it's a joke **bleep**!

I have had same problem for weeks on my sky glass tv. Not just live shows either. Happens on every single channel.

Yes 3 times during the darts last night ******* I had lodged a formal complaint and today I am due a call from customer priority team between 9am-7pm!! Why can't they just fix the dam issue they know fine well it's not an isolated issue!!!!

Get used to it. Happens all the time. Too late now but Sky Glass is pretty useless system. So many faults with it.

Had my call from customer priority and they assured me the issue is being addressed and hopefully a fix put in place soon! I'm told I'll get a follow up call/text to advise issue resolved??
