Sound working but screens black

Screen went black whilst i was watching it. I have turned it off at the wall and turned back on but still the same. I can navigate to a channel and hear it but screen still black.

I would suggest calling sky for further troubleshooting ....... hopefully its still within the 2 year warranty period

Its out of warranty. Sky have said there's nothing i can do. Ordered a Sky Air instead as apparently its similar to the Gen 1 Sky glass tv and Sky have taken the cost of of the new tv out of my subscription for the next 24 months.
