Sound software issue

My 65" sky glass speaker sounds like it's under water.. apparently a software issue.. this is second tv with same problem.. now sky can't help . Any ideas about an update available.. we're using a Bluetooth speaker for the sound

Is the sound ok if you disconnect the speaker? Also, have you tried another Bluetooth speaker to rule out your other speaker being faulty?
