Sound is very low

my sound on my sky glass is very low when they talk, when they speak it's lower then the back ground noise and the adverts sound and music is higher

That would typically suggest the centre speaker isn't working, as it's the centre channel where voice is mixed in 5.1 audio.

You'll need to report the issue to Sky and get the set swapped out.
