Sound is not working on some channels of our Sky Stream

Hi, the sound on our Sky Stream works perfectly on most channels but does not work at all on some channels or Netflix. Any suggestions?

@Gra5 have you tried unplugging the stream puck for a couple of minutes and see if that helps?
