Sound crackles/reverb

Hi

Recently moved to Sky glass TV and disappointed with sound quality, tv speakers can't seem to handle deep voice tones especially when watching Sky cinema, not sure if it's the Dolby that's not compatible with some films but a lot of crackling/reverb, spoiling some films and occasionally TV series, have tried all suggested steps more than once

Hi @Colin222

This doesn't sound right. The audio is one of the better features of glass. I would be asking sky to replace your unit under warranty as there may be an issue with the speaker array.

Is this a Gen 1 or Gen 2 Glass set?  This particular audio issue was frequently reported for the Gen 1 (ours does it too)

Thanks for replying, not sure, sky glass air, assume it's Gen 2 as only recd it 4 weeks ago,  contacted Sky by phone and replacement being delivered this weekend so hopefully doesn't have same issue🤞

The current Glass Air is Gen 1 because it's a new product.

That model only has a stereo speaker pair, not the multi-driver setup of the Sky Glass.
