Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Marcus76 If you can, try connecting via Ethernet and not wi-fi. If this is not practical you can also try powerline adapters (about £35 on Amazon) but don't waste money on a gigabit setup as Sky Glass only has 100mbps capability.
Your wi-fi may be fast enough but may not be stable enough.

Hi I have 2 x sky glass TVs, I can only watch 1 at a time with no other devices connected. It still buffers and I find this annoying. For live football, boxing etc. I have to connect it to my sons virgin broadband for it to work. I was told that my speed would easily run a sky glass tv but it doesn't. I'm on the super fast from sky. Can anyone help, tips or anything really. Many thanks
'Superfast' is a marketing term. The actual speed you get at your router is what's important, not the name Sky give to the service you've purchased.
Have you run a speed test to find out what speed you're actually getting?
