Yes if you  have a whole home subscription you will, how old is your  sky glass  tv? If it's  still  under  warranty  you can  get a replacement, or if you  have  sky  protect insurance you can, you may be able  to get a replacement  under  your  home insurance, how is it broken?, we are all fellow customers on here like yourself, if your tv is  still under warranty  call sky, or sky protect,  or your  home insurance  company

You will  need to connect  the puck  to the new  tv when it arrives

@Phoebe29 yes, providing it has a broadband connection your Puck will work on any tv in your home.

You will need to request a second puck from Sky to use on your other TV. A single puck will not give you Sky TV on both televisions in your home at the same time. Each TV needs a puck attached to it via HDMI and the Whole Home subscription to share your Sky TV package.

@Phoebe29 depending on (1) your Sky viewing habits & needs and (2) if you are in contract... you might want to have a look at Now TV  which being owned by Sky offers Sky programmes and with a Ultra Boost add on would allow you to watch Sky TV on up to 4 devices....most likely for cheaper 😜

Sky Stream (ending 11 Nov 2025)
Now TV Sports Ultra Boost @ £26 pm (till Feb 2026)
