Hi there . I already paid my all bill. Still I saw my app . Sky to stream not active subscription.

If your viewing was restricted and you have paid your bill, you also need to ensure that you have set up a continuous payment method. Services will be restored once Sky have received payment.
If you believe your services should have been restored, power off your device at the mains for a few minutes and power it back on as per the advice here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/missed-payments-sky-glass
If service still hasn't been restored you will need to speak to Sky. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
