Sky stream puck - remote control not working

My sky stream remote is not working - i have followe all of the online help , tried pairing , 7&9 , 1&3, reset the puck,changed batteries - backlight is working but cant get it to work

If it still doesn't work then there's a form at the end to order a replacement remote.
