Sky sports watch from start issue

Watching rugby on Sky sports and tried to watch from start but it only shows the first 15 minutes and then skips to live.  No matter what I do it still only shows 15 minutes and then skips to live.  Now that the game is over I can't even see it on my playlist. Sky Glass is most definitely a downgrade from Sky Q.

4+ years in and Sky still can't fix the fundamental problems with streaming live events. It's quite pathetic really, paying through the nose for a sub-standard service.
