Sky sports ultra hd loading time..

Hi

I'm on Entertainment OS 1.2

Build version ending in 00P.

I notice I've acquired Rotten Tomatoes scores when looking for films, is this the same update as the new game mode I read about and improved latency with live TV?

In any case I've noticed Sky Sports Ultra HD is taking a good 10 seconds to load up..

Broadband speed through Glass is 75 meg.

It's also suffering from.an intermittent (and random) sound dropout.

Update..

Turned it off at the wall.

The loading time for watching Sky Sports Ultra HD has returned to mormal.

Update is 1.3 I'm still waiting on it as I'm desperate to have the auto game mode...my system still says 025 sky are escalating it as my TV won't update

so QS25 is correct, there was no QS26, and QS27 roll-out started but wasn't fully completed before the latest update QS28 roll out started (which was yesterday). Software roll outs happen slowly in batches, and can take several weeks to complete, which is likely the reason not everyone got QS27 before the QS28 rollout was started.

I'm on QS 28, does hat have the auto game mode and how do I see it in action or do I have to toggle it?
