Sky sports F1 playlist

Every time I go to watch my F1 on my playlist it just says cannot load programme technical issue please try again later the whole service is a joke. I had problems all last year with this and you just get fobbed off and offered a rubbish perk that lasts for 3 months.

Given that this is a long lasting issue could you give us a bit of background please?

 

  • Had playlist ever worked?
  • Do you only have this issue with Sky content, does BBC etc. work?
  • In the past when it's not worked, has it started working again later?
  • are you on UHD or HD?
  • Does Live TV work?
  • What steps have you been asked to do in the past, so we don't waste your time doing them again. 

As a quick mitigation I'd recommend a reboot just to see if that kick starts it

 

  1. Go to Settings
  2. System management
  3. Resets & updates
  4. Restart device

And if that doesn't work it would be good to see results of a speed test too as that's often (but not always) the root cause. 

  1. Open the Netflix app on Sky.
  2. Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
  3. Select Check Your Network.
  4. Note the download speed displayed, share with us here
