Sky remote is not responding correctly

My sky glass remote is not working correctly, when I press a button it does not work as intended, for example when I press 1 it turns the volume up and down. How can I fix this?

Try unpairing and repairing the remote as per the guide here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass

 

If that doesn't work it may be a faulty remote. You can request a replacement here (if under warranty): https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote

Hi

 

i managed to unpair the remote but couldn't repair it because I need to hold button 1 and 3 down to connect it , every time I press button 3 it turns the TV off

Have you repeated unpairing?
