Sky puck TV 2 months In still haven’t watched anything! Nothing works!

Had the pick almost 2 months have spoken to sky who have no idea what is wrong and seem to think all is ok, yet we've managed to watch one programme for half an hour, everything turns off after around 3 minutes the screen goes black or the puck turns itself off or the screen just freezes! Netflix YouTube sky tv programmes absolutely nothing works it's very frustrating as my children can't watch tv and I'm paying around £40 a month! 
iPads connect to internet, but all smart tvs won't connect they just say password is incorrect and it isn't, and main tv with pick just doesn't last longe than a few minutes as mentioned! Had enough!

I'd think that suggests a broadband or router issue: which ISP are you using?

When I use the app it says both are fine and there's no problems but there definitely is I just don't know what

What speed of broadband are you supposed to be getting and what are you actually getting? 

Is it possible to connect using an ethernet cable or is your hub/router too far from the TV?
