Im now habing this issue since the latest update, not before, and its ridiculous and extremely annoying. You are supposed to be abke to pause live TV, who cares how long for, sometimes it can be for a phone call that takes ages. It is not something that sky should have influence over, its an idividusls choice. I've got nowhere in trying to talk to them either.
Anyone else?
