What size of black line? Is it vertical or horizontal? Have you tried turning the TV off at the wall for half an hour then back on to see if it clears it? If it doesn't then you'll need to ring Sky for further troubleshooting. If the TV is still under warranty they may choose to replace it. If you are outside of the warranty period then you will have to pay for a repair or replacement.
